Guess this is DERP body, as it's goofy for Newfs to stand on a big ball.

Seriously, this was taken during a FLEX exercise class. They actually get up on the ball and balance. Helps develop muscules that don't get to exercise often, and helps them so they don't tear or strain lesser used muscules.
