Thank-you Teri for arranging the GTG in Estes Park. A great time was had by all and it was a beautiful area to visit.
I got less time to take pictures than I would have liked, given the newf on the other end of my leash and the desire to just enjoy the limited time together anyway, but a few good ones lucked their way into the collection and are posted on this thread.

Did the dogs chase the deer out of the water? LOL That deer shot is wonderful!
The one with Kylee with the bumper (is that Nani beside her) is excellent!
And the one of the single Newf standing in the water (0161) is amazing. Such a clear shot!! What a face!

Yes that's Nani. She will be trying to dunk Kylee any second after that shot was taken if she hadn't already.

The deer went in the stream in Sheep Meadow but the motor drive on my camera stopped working momentarily as it went in and then started as it came out.
I plan to use the photo on the rock as my NN avatar.
1061 is Lewis in the water...there are some great shots of his wonderful blockhead!

Barry....dude....nice outfit!!
In Estes, Lewis wouldn't stay out of the river. There was Barry..chasing Lewis...there was Lewis..in the river...There was Barry...in the river. We looked down at one point and Barry was standing in the river..just standing with his arms crossed and there was Lewis...sitting in the middle of the river...just sitting there...We laughed so hard seeing the two of them, just sitting and standing there as the river rolled by. Lewis' antics kept us laughing.

I agree, you have great pictures there, you really captured the "essence" of newfs. I also love # 161, that is a stunning picture. The picture of the little girl using Syd for a pillow is also precious, the newfs chasing in the water, and the picture of you on the rock all add up to the perfect depiction of newfoundland dog! You have the material there for an awesome calendar!
