We're there 12th-15th in #8. It hasn't shown up on their reservation chart yet but we received a confirmation anyway.
I'm ready for vacation and some warm weather. 25 below with 35 below wind chill is about my limit for winter. :)

Got the flight! Coming into Denver at 10:40 in the morning on Sunday the 11 of July!

Deb...Riley will be heartbroken at missing his one true love...but I can't get his big a** on the plane with me!

Oooh, yay, Estes... only an hour away from home!

Zamboni and I will definitely be there. Our (human) baby is due in mid-June, so we'll probably try for one or two shorter visits, lest we fall asleep amidst all the fun. :goofy:

What fun!

What a wonderful idea! Thanks for taking the time to organize this. I'm putting it on my calendar and hope to attend. We'll probably just drive over to visit with everyone on Sunday as I live in nearby Evergreen.

I have 2 newfs. Kiki is now 19 months and Kylie is about 3 years old. We rescued Kylie from South Dakota where she was found abandoned in a 4 X 5 foot area with 3 other newfs. Both Kiki and Kylie are very friendly to both dogs and people.

Thanks so much again for organizing this.

I was in the Little Bear once to hear a band who's name included Rural Route 3....remember the women's undergarments hanging from the rafters...best part was learning that the owner was a UW-Madison grad and had a Bucky Badger windsock. More amazingly, I was there with a group of UW grad students. Amazed the hear that brought up here!

That would of been Timothy P and the Rural Route 3. We always went there when they played!!! It's been at least 15 years since we were last there!

Only 3 cabins left at Rustic River. If you need help finding other accomodations, Just let me know. I'll try and help all I can. For those coming, everyone need to come up with at least 1 campfire game to play!
Come on Patty and Mike, time to make your reservations!

Hello all!

By coincidence we have scheduled our family vacation in Estes Park, Colorado the same week you all are staying at Rustic River. We are planning on getting to town on Friday July 9th and we are bringing our 5 month old (she'll be 9 months old in July) puppy Gracie with us. We are hoping that sometime during the week we could meet up with the group for a Newf play date.

:groovy: Time to get this thread out of the moth balls. I've tryed to PM everyone that posted on here. If I missed you, feel free to speak up or PM me. July is just around the corner, so if you were thinking about it but wanted to wait a while.........now your chance. If RV'ing is more to your liking, there are plenty of great spots around the town of Estes as well as in the park. I'll be more than happy to help you find a place.
Do you think Colorado is ready for a Newf invasion? :groovy:
