What an amazing journey. Thank you for sharing - what a wonderful dog Jager was - you must be so proud of his work at the children's hospital and all the people he has touched. I wish you happy memories. Our sweet pups just don't live long enough....it just seems so unfair. So, so sorry for your loss.

That last picture of him grinning in the sunset, it's like a glimpse into doggie heaven. What a full, happy life he led.
