Okay all you experts...should I feed acana Chicken and Burbank or stick with the Acana Pacifica? Not sure about the nutrient differences in them.

mine loved them all .if you can why not have a few bags of different ones and then rotate.

we always have three different flavours here .
another thing to try is get some samples.put into clean bowls and place in a spaced semicircle and then see which ones Moose likes the best.

ours like chicken or fish best and werent so bothered by the red meat varieties.

Is it adult or pup? If feeding puppy stick with Chicken & Burbank. Regionals are the grain free. My adults get Pacifica, Ranchlands and Wild Prairie.

Good idea, I'll give it a go. He won't try carrots but maybe green beans would work. I just don't dare feed him more than the recommended amount of dog food since I'm trying to keep him lean and skinny. What else other than green beans can we try?
We just got a 5 pound bag of organic green beans from Costco for this very purpose. Her Royal Highness will only eat them if they've been cooked a wee bit. With a tiny bit of butter. And garlic. Also. I've clearly been had by an animal much more clever than I am. :!rolling:

Um, Elvis eats them straight out of the can or freezer........He also eats peas, carrots, apple, banana, little bit of mashed potatoes if we have some leftover..........pretty much any veggie we have for dinner, he gets a bite. Since his allergies are so bad he rarely gets human food aside from cheese, veggies, or peanut butter (a rare treat) so he'll eat anything given the chance. We stick with the green beans or peas on most nights, last week we ran out so we diced an apple in his dinner instead. Carrots and bananas are more of a treat since they don't fill him up.

Lately I've been making smoothies in the morning with berries and spinach. I gave him a spoonful in his bowl and he loved it.

I swear, they have us very well trained. We'll try uncooked first. He also won't eat apples, so hopefully this works!

He's ten months old and thinks he's starving with the recommended four and a half cups.
Dierks when younger got the Chicken and Burbank Potato or Duck and Bartlett Pear. Rotated between the 2. I switched him to Pacifica when got over year old, around 15 months if remember. Dierks always thinks he's starving.

Thanks! Speaking of Moose being picky...I'm sitting here watching him try to spit out his first tasting of green beans while Ollie tries to get his grubby paws on ALL OF THEM. Hahah!

try shredding the carrots or if you have to cook the veg as its the only way my gsd's will eat veg
Picky things! We will try cooked. I wish you could have seen his face! He was so distraught that something was in his food. I had a good long laugh watching him try to eat around them.
