A Rare Occurence - Ina with HB and Kesa

Ina's son was coming to help her clear rows for berry picking last weekend. Ina's son, nice guy that he is, took photos of Ina, HB and Kesa for me. Some folks that have been here longer than I have may have seen the elusive HB before, I never have and Ina joked that maybe some folks on NN don't believe she has Newfs, lol. Without a doubt, I know these girls love Ina, and Ina loves them back with all her heart.

Ina wrote to say how unhappy HB was with the photo shoot:
there is one more thing..HB..Honey Bear..her very own self..was MOST displeased with todays photo shoot! Yes..I am SO here to say that..as the sons camera whizzed and clicked and did all the stuff..modern cameras do..herself..was..upset. Frowned..turned her head away..and many times just ducked and left..one time even flowing quickly into the bigger kennel with its trees and canopy..to try and avoid the picture taking. Since i have never used anything like that camera..she felt certain it was an affront to all of us, a poss. threat and therefore..should be avoided..at all cost! I finally had to pull out some smoky tendon treats..to keep her..in one place..but a ..smiling HB this day..not any chance in #$)^^%@#!!! hugs, ina

Now I feel bad that I upset HB, poor old girl. :(

Honey Bear (HB) just had a birthday on the 4th of July, she was 10 years old.


Kesa is 3 years old.

Ina is looking wonderful considering all she's been through... Tell her we say hi.. and send her hugs..

I've never seen a photo of them either! Those girls truly have a great life with Ina. Glad to see she's looking so well. Please send her my best wishes.

I don't mean to laugh at a dog-of-a-certain age, but HB's booboo faces in a few of these photos are so cute-funny. You can tell she's not trusting that whizzing thing the son is pointing at her.

Ina on the other hand looks anything but cute-funny. She looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing these. Give my best regards to my favorite free spirit, Ina and ask her to hug her beautiful bears for me. Oh, and Happy Birthday to Miss Honey Bear.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Thank you HB for 'allowing' your photo to be shared with strangers to you. We feel like we know you but just never have seen you. What a lovely lady you are! And Kesa is lovely as well. I can hardly believe Kesa is three already! Time flies.

Ina looks Terriffic!!!!! I'm so happy she seems to be doing well. She also looks happy, which is just as important. The kids look well, and Congrats to HB for her 10th BoofDay, looking forward to more.
