I was missing my little boy and needed a "fix" and since he is 6 hours away from me, my breeder was kind enough to send a picture of him playing outside yesterday. Here he is at 8 weeks old now and I'm bursting with anticipation to get him home.

FYI....AFter very careful and endless thoughts and conversation about all your postings and researching......I will only be bringing "ONE" puppy home that day. I finally convinced my husband that we should do one at a time for all the reasons you guys have told me and more. SO, 2 years from now I know you'll be there to guide me on introducing a new puppy into the family. I hope my little boy will be happier hanging around with a girlfriend than his sister. What do you think?

Have a wonderful thanksgiving!!!!!!! I sure am thankful this year.....I'm thankful for my children and family, for my mother beating Lung Cancer this past year, for the love of my new baby boy, for this website and for Ina and HB teaching me to read a little slower.....and sometimes twice over..... ;)

He's adorable! And I'm sure one will be more than enough love for you and your family for now!!
These little guys are a lot of work, but so worth it! I guess sort of like kids! lol

My Eloise is 3 now, I guess it's time to start thinking about a new little brother or sister for her!

I think you made the right decision to only get one. I can't imagine two. I don't think two at one time is fair to either puppy and I know we are going to work very hard to make sure our 15 month old Berner still feels special and gets to do his own thing and our newf will be able to develop on her own also. I think that the pups being able to be independent from one another at times is a good thing so we will try and give them their separate attention.

Your pup is gorgeous....look at that floof so adorable. You have less than three weeks. I have 24 days until we pick up our baby...hang in there.

Woo Hoo!! He's beautiful!! I, too, think you made the right decision. Enjoy your baby boy when he gets home, and soon enough, it'll be time for another!!

Keep us posted!

Oh my goodness, he's just so cute! I'm really happy to hear that you decided on just getting one puppy. One is a lot of work but also so much fun.
