Sure wish I could go, but I'll be glued to the television watching as well as watching online especially Tuesday morning when the Newfoundland dog entries will be judged and then follow the Working Group judging. So happy that it will be shown live on Animal Planet in Canada this year.
It is a lot of fun to go to the WKC site and watch the judging videos as they become available. Usually the videos are posted later in the day... i.e. if Newfs are judged in the a.m. then usually by late afternoon you can watch the judging video.

I subscribed to it, one month $2.95 and then I can unsubscribe from that channel. I only wanted it for Westminster!Can't get it here unless you subscribe to animal planet..

I have a love/hate relationship with this show. I love it for all the reason everyone else loves it. But I hate the fact that I always get customers who wants their dog to look like the dog at the dog show. Always a customer who never combs their dog or wipes the goop out of the eyes or cleans poop stuck to the hair. Alwlays the customer whose dog get's cleaned up every 6-12 weeks by me.:grrr::grrr::cussing2::cussing2:

and you can watch some of the live streaming today and tomorrow. Also, I can't remember which tv station it is but the show will be shown next weekend in Canada in addition to the live broadcast tonight and tomorrow on Animal Planet. My hubby added Animal Planet just so I could watch the Westminster Kennel Club dog show tonight and tomorrow and he discovered that it didn't cost anything because it was part of a package we already had but was a new addition to that package.
Definitely check out the website. Newfies will be shown tomorrow.

Ohhhh a Westminister party! HOW FUN! Sort of like an Academy Award party for the pups! I hope you'll take pictures at the party and tell us all about it. Sounds like such fun! :beer:
