I want to be the first to congratulate little Wendy and big Levi on their very fruitful trip to Canada.
They came home ALMOST a Canadian champion
They attained 9 out of the 10 points needed for their title.
Besides the points, she also got a Group II and a Group IV
CONGRATULATIONS WENDY

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!
That was an awesome weekend!!!

Can I ask a question... I see you have him listed as an Int CH.......CONGRATULATIONS for that one also!!!!!!!!!! How did he earn that title? I only ask because it was frustrating for us..... We weren't able to finish Bogie's Int CH because of the one year requirement (must be one year and a day between first point and last... he earned the 3 CACIB's... actually he was awarded 4... but it was only 11 months between first and last.... and the Crufts win didn't count as a CACIB for the Int CH because Great Brtitain is not an FCI country...)...... anyway, we didn't want to leave him in Europe any longer.. and Mexico was also too far for us to make the trip... So wondering how you were able to accomplish it. Did you have to make multiple trips or did you leave him there for over a year? Its such a difficult title to earn... unless of course you live in Europe. VBG

Patti,
I think, that that is from the International Kennel Club. I don't understand if it is the same as getting an International Championship like what you described.
I know, I sent my Ollie to Mexico, Bermuda and Costa Rica to get his International Championship. Wendy went to Hutchinson Minnesota for this title. If that is all it took, I sure wish I would have known. Wendy sure does a REALLY nice job with Levi. For an exhibitor and a mom, you could not have asked for a better home. GO WENDY.

That is awesome...... its great when someone is doing so well with their dog!!!!! Again, CONGRATS to her and to Levi! Am sure that Canadian CH is just around the corner!!

Even more perplexed on the Int CH... you can get one without leaving the USA??? Will go look at the website someone else sent to try to understand.

Patti,
In the states they have to earn 3 - V-1 Ratings to get the Int Title and they have to be 18 months old for it to count. Otherwise it is concidered a Puppy Title and must be redone as an adult. The ratings are based on the standard for the breed. So more then one of the same breed can earn a title. And then they pick the best of the best to go on to Groups. (Small brag we entered in 4 shows and Levi got all V-1's took 2 Group I and 2 Group II.) It was alot of fun. We are headed back to Canada very soon to try for that last point.
We are very thankful that Becky picked us to have Levi. This has been an amazing journey in our life. And can't wait to see where it goes!
Many thanks to all!!
Wendy
