I don't know about anyone else, but I am absolutely riveted by this Casey Anthony Trial...That little girl was just the age my grandaughter is now, and I see so many similairities..... (sigh)

We need a license for a good many things in this country. Too bad there's not some sort of prerequisite to birthing a baby that proves responsibility as a parent.

I agree Debra.....a license for having children and for having pets. My daughter is a teacher for the Detroit public school system. I visited her classroom once and asked how she could go home and not start drinking heavily. It's very, very sad what some of these children's lives are like.

Sue..trust me..years ago I taught for Juvenile Probation custodial facility in Cal... It took me a year to sleep at night....then one summer for an ESEA inrichment program in inner City St Louis...The worst case of child beating I have ever seen. But this is different in that it involves (I believe) Narcicism.....in the worst order.

This is all why if we ever win a big lottery we will build a home for kids where they can each have a dog. Violence against the defenseless sends us both around the bend.

Unfortunately Windancer you are probably right.
Doesn't she appear to act as if she has done nothing wrong.
This a a very mentally unhealthy young woman. Since we can't see her heart
I had hopes she would have realized what a huge mistake and
blurt out the truth.
It's gonna get even more weird as the case goes on.
People grieve in amny different ways but....the whole "hotbody" contest
only a few days later.....I so hope she is remorseful...I think as the years go on her concious will punish her far more than any court
On the other side as crazy as it may sound there are jailhouse laws too
and baby killers don't fare well in prison. I wouldn't want to be on that jury...to have to find an innocent woman guilty or an guilty woman innocent. Thew hole thing make your heart ache..for everyone
Mistake or intentional her actions have negatively impacted/changed many live for the worse.

I'm riveted, too. The defense attorney was extremely irritating while questioning George Anthony this morning.

I do like the judge.

He wants to get his client off at any cost...anything to put doubt in a jurors mind.

I have been riveted to this case since caylee first disappeared and Nancy Grace covered the story.

It's almost unbearable to watch what George Anthony is being accused of, especially how he and wife have stood up for their daughter.

This young woman is so out of touch with reality and any feelings, it's hard to comprehend how a Mother could do something like that.

This girl is purely a narcissist and does not care about anyone or things feelings but herself. I also feel she was very jealous of the love her parents had for her daughter. If anyone watched the 48 hours episode on this case, when it first happened, her mother gave me the impression of being a control freak, especially when it came to the child, and I think that played a big part too.

I remember a report that she broke up with her fiance right after Kaylee was born because he "Paid too much attention to Kaylee."
