Transport help/advice needed

Marcia Patrick Adams, the owner of Tinker's Dream rescue (they rescue newf-mixes) needs help moving a newf mix from South Los Angeles to Fort Morgan Colorado, where her rescue is located. This is one of the Facebook links:

I so wish I could help to drive Buddy but I'm out here in the Chicago area. I did donate to help. Hopefully something will come together. I've contacted a rescue in California and Newf Rescue in Southern California but haven't heard anything. Someone suggested Pilots and Paws.
