Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the wonderful people who helped bring about Tiika's success at the Penn-OH water tests last weekend. The Penn-OH Newf Club has such wonderful members who are so kind and helpful! The Judges, Roger, Bethany and Joyce for being so supportive and encouraging! Tiika's and my obedience instructors - Kim Cooper & Frances Holmes, and also Lisa Day for helping me teach an always consistent "take, hold, release"! Our Water Rescue instructors, especially instructor extraordinaire Allan Maniate, his whole SEOR water test support team, and Tracy & Connie Luoma and the COR water test support team. Also many thanks to Jessie Marshall and Judi Walton who are always willing to train with me and Tiika, to our "victim" helpers Steve Fisher, Sue, Shelagh and Kevan, and of course to my wonderful husband and best friend, John Fisher, who supports me in all my dog craziness!!! Tiika got her Jr Water Dog title on Saturday and was the only 1 of 14 entrants! On Sunday Tiika bumped up to the Sr Water Rescue Dog test and was the only qualifier out of 11 entrants! We are very thankful to all the Canadian and American friends who helped make this possible!!!!!
