It is early Monday morning nad we are waiting to see if they will have school today. We got snow yesterday and a bit of freezing rain last night.....

Supposed to go take photos of basketball games every night this week. It is going to be a long week! lol

Need to try to get some photos of all of the dogs in the pastures as well. We have 7 baby goats born so far, and they always look so cute with a big old dog next to them!

And, I have enrolled in college!!! So, I need to get some more paperwork done etc and get ready for all of this. I wonder if I am too old to do this, but am excited all at the same time.

Congratulations on being bold enough to go back to college! My mom went back when I was a junior in high school and she was in her late 40's. She was the oldest one in her class, but loved every minute of it.

Just think how much life experience you can add to class discussions. Our society now kind of segragates young from old so the more they get to be around those "older" the more they will learn that is real and not some classroom fantasy. My only gripe about college is sometimes professors/instructors/? have lived out of touch with reality so long they can't get back. That's mostly only in certain fields though. Have fun and teach those kids that life isn't over at 25.

I am excited about it! lol Ready to get started, but wondering if I can handle it all!

But, at least I am not trying to run a farm, work, and go to school.....so, that will make it nicer and more fun to concentrate on.

You are never too old!!! I was 42 when I graduated from Nursing School. Had to start a 2nd career after getting laid off from my old job after 18 years. I have been in school ever since, and LOVE it. I make a much better student now than I ever did when I was young, and I'm sure you will too. The way I look at it is that I will be 50 by the time I have my Masters, BUT, I will STILL be 50, whether I have my Masters or not, so may as well go for it. I wasnt the oldest person in my class from Nursing School. When they called a classmates name, her tennage Grandkids started yelling and screaming "Way to go Grandma" and whistling, hooting and hollering...it was one of the things that is most memorable from the Ceremony. You will be fine and my guess is that you will love it.
Also, I can guarantee you will see people of all ages on campus.
