Evening All....Things have finally settled in here at work..now I can get down to "real" business. Worked through the flurry of emails and here is information for helping out Rhonda & Troy and the furries:

STORES IN THE DAVENPORT AND/OR QUAD CITIES AREA:
*Lowes, Ace Hardware, Menards, Home Depot, Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Sears, TJMaxx, Farm & Fleet, Sam's Club, Dillard's,Kmart...gift cards from any of these would be great!

ITEMS ALREADY ENROUTE TO THEM:
stainless steel bowls,rakebrush,stainless steel comb,some toys for the furries,nail grinder,collars, leads, dog shampoo,furminator, some tolietries for both Rhonda & Troy, hair dryer for Rhonda, a couple of sets of towels, CPU tower,keyboard, monitor, a furniture business has donated love seat, couch,bed and dresser

Needs: for General their elder Newf...rubberbacked carpet runners, and joint support, laundry baskets, dishes, silverware, glasses, queen size bedding (sheets,blankets,pillows)

Sizes: Rhonda will need some business type casual wear for work otherwise they are jeans and tshirt people..shoe size for Rhonda 8.5 or a 9 and for Troy 9.5, Troy wears 33-32 (W-L) for jeans or pants

I will edit the list as soon as I hear of things being sent or needed...

Afternoon All! For anyone that sent me a message about Troy and Rhonda's address...please check your pirvate messages. Thanks for caring!!!

Here is another update...General, their elder newf is in need of the following, if anyone has access to it:
Rymadil and thyroxine
Salmon Oil

Herbs and spices for cooking
Canning supplies if anyone has any out there

Additionally, right now I believe that their only internet access is thru their cell phones...there is a cpu tower, monitor, and keyboard on their way..but it isn't there yet...

Hi Everyone...Here is an update....First box out of my house today and on it's way...2nd box going tomorrow and at least a third one by the end of the week:

No banking institution information yet..just checked my emails, I promise to post as soon as I hear!

Headed to them today:
Crockpot, canning jars, and some oil for General

Other donations: portable DVR player, and a couple of newfie books

I have some bedding and things that I've been wondering what to do with. Could they use a nice king bedspread and matching throw pillows? In great shape, neutral colors, sage greens, nothing too much. Plus I have a patchwork madras queen comforter and dust ruffle in great shape with matching shams. I probably have more here, but not thinking right probably at the moment. Might have some sheets too. Can't remember what I took to Goodwill last trip.

PM an address and I can get some of those in the mail.

More items on their way:

canning supplies (water bath,tongs, rack and canning jars) Rhonda posted on Facebook that she found her water bath among the ruins but it is a blackened mess.

Also...bedspreads with throw pillows, shams and dust ruffle...I can't thank you all enough for answering the call....YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!!!
