Remi pooped a sock!

My husband offered to babysit my two legged and four legged sons Friday night so I could go out to dinner with some girls I haven't seen in awhile. Steve is very laid back and never worries, while I on the other hand had to cook for them, childproof the house for Remi, because I always worry! Steve assured me HE would be the responsible one for the night.(I knew it was too
good to be true)
Anyway I had a blast and a few too many Miller Lites and both my husband and son assured me that nothing unusual happened while I was gone. Remi had been good and they had played with him and worn him out.
Yesterday we all did yard work and played with Remi in the yard cause it was 70 degrees and beautiful. I picked up Remi's poop with the scooper and all looked well when I noticed him going again and it was coming out very runny. I went over to pick it up when I noticed he passed one black sock.
I called the emergency clinic and to make a long story short Remi is fine. My husband and son confessed to throwing their socks in the laundry basket(that I keep up high so Remi can't eat or swallow any)you know how guys do, like they are making a basketball shot. I have never been so terrified in my life. Next time I go out, Remi comes too!!!

Oh My! im glad everthung is ok,could have been bad, tuggs ate a pair of my daughters under one time, i got the peroxide out ,gave him the entire bottle of it ,and next thing i knew was the was throughing up the undies!
we were all in shock !

The vet said I was very lucky that he passed the whole sock. His poops are fine and he has been acting fine, just drinking even more water than normal. I have been one worried Mom, hopefully he is O.K. now. The scarey thing is I he never acted like anything was wrong.

Well since what goes in must come out at least it wasn't something hard or with sharp edges! Glad Remi is okay! So did anyone own up to missing the basket?
