Photo Challenge #258: Best in Show

For this challenge, show me your best photograph. While we all love to see pictures of our Newfies, this challenge is not limited to just them. Your photo may be of ANYTHING. We all have that one (or two) pics that every time we look at it you're proud of what you captured in that moment. :heart:

this was taken while I was enjoying a hot air balloon ride. This balloon was below us. I like the peaceful feeling this photo expresses. I like the reflections of the clouds and the balloon as well as the trees along the shoreline.

I love this photo of a nearby falls. I like how I was able to have a longer exposure to show movement in the water while still showing detail in the water stream, leaves and trees. this was taken on a cold Sunday morning. I walked out in to the stream without boots to get the shot. Anything for the shot even though my feet were soaked and freezing!!

Jeannie, I love the abstract shapes made by the river and the variations of colors. But I especially love to see the hot air balloon from above. Typically, I see hot air balloon pictures from level or below, so that makes this especially interesting to me.

Angela, how did you the three of them to look away and just one to look at the camera? It's adorable! It reminds me of an album cover (how there are always some of the band looking at the camera and some looking away).

this is a particular favourite one of mine, two of the newfs in this photo have sadly passed on and one I helped to rehome as the people couldnt cope with him so it is particularly poignant to me.

Here's mine



An oldie but one of my favorites, love the detail on the wet hair, the arc still going up.



Not a technically great photo, but my wife had a great time meeting Ozzy. We actually got to sit with him for a while, during his book signing. We had a dog with us, and he wanted to play with him.
