I don't have the knack of getting my newfs in full run, like I see others have done.
If the camera you have has a 'sports' setting it's as easy as focusing and holding the shutter button down. Thankfully it's digital so from every attempt there as usually a few that are throw aways, a few ok pictures and a lesser number of gems.

Sorry I didn’t get to post the results on Sunday but my internet access at home is terrible and was having a bad day so wasn’t online. I know it was a hard challenge and prob resulted in fewer entries as it is very difficult to capture a moment when that moment is moving! Some fantastic entries as always though and the standard of photographs on here is as always very strong. Drum roll……

in third place we have BoundlessNewfs “Karate cat” the comedy factor in this shot just makes ya chuckle excellent shot

in second place there were so many joyful newf pics there but I love how happy Ayasha looks in this one and the water is captured very well so second place to Blacklightning

First place goes to Tonkatruck for both entries so it’s a joint 1st place as I can’t choose between the two I kept looking and kept thinking either one at different stages was the best but they are both worthy winners and either way Tonka is the challenge winner. The colour, contrast and the clarity and framing of both pictures and the sense of movement and motion in each of these was just superb, well done and I look for ward to the next challenge.
