My hubby and I threw a bday party for Bear and Jager... so I went to buy them balloons...

Here's what happened:

Me: Hello, I need two balloons, I'd like the one that says "Happy 3rd Bday" and...well, I need a second balloon.

Clerk: Is it for a boy or girl?

Me: (I'm thinking..UMMMMMM) A.... Boy

Clerk: How old is he?

Me: (I'm thinking... Oh no....she thinks it's for a person, not a newfoundland dog!) Ummm, 9 years old

Clerk: Well, a lot of the boys like these two balloons

Me: (What am I going to do now...she thinks it for a 9 year old child) Okay, sure, I'll take that balloon! I think he'll love it! Thank you for all of your help!

That's the last time I buy two newfoundlands balloons for their birthday!!!
