OK here's all the current information compiled in one space!

Alcohol IS allowed...so bring your own wine, beer, or whatever you'd like for the weekend. (We shared the drinks and mixers last year. There was plenty of wine, but nobody thought to take beer. So put that on your list if you prefer beer to wine).

Also, bring snacks, sodas, juice, water, etc for your family. There is a coke machine, and plenty of grocery stores if you prefer to just get what you want there.

Friday evening (when most are arriving) will be "order in" night. Last year we just ordered pizza because everyone just wanted to relax and rest from their travels.

Donna, can you give us the latest head count, who has made reservations and/or is definitely coming, who may be coming but isn't certain yet? I'm trying to arrange the dinner, but can't assign dishes to those who are waiting for suggestions until I know who is going to be there for certain. So far I have three main dishes, one bringing paper supplies, one dessert, and three who are willing to bring whatever is needed. I'll post the entire list of who's bringing what when I find out who is going to be there!

I still have people inquiring about coming. And, I don't know the head count! LOL

I know the people who have notified me that they're coming, but not how many are coming with them.

You've posted exactly what I was looking for, thanks. It looks like we have the same info so far (8 definites). Plz let us know ASAP if you are on the maybe list and are definitely coming, or if you have a change of plans. The more the merrier, we had so much fun last year!

I got you Suse! I have you down for a chicken mac and cheese dish. After hearing what you were planning to bring, Thing 2 started thinking he might like to come along, too! He'll go anywhere there's food (no, not the dog, the kid, lol).

Well, I did make reservations with Kelly 410-289-9409 at the Windjammer, but I wasn't given a room number. Should I ask for one? I was just happy to get a room, albeit on the 3rd floor. I don't mind at all, since Chumley is more than capable of climbing several flights of stairs...and then some.

Also, I don't know what to bring for food...quiche? pickle/olive/cheese platter? desserts? I thought I saw a list in a prior thread. Will try there.

You and Chumley are going to be our next door neighbors! There are only two rooms (for doggies) on the third floor, and I took the same as last year (309, I think) so you will be next door. The stairs are outside, and mine had no trouble with them. We get the best views of the sunrises! Woohoo!

I'll get back to you with the food question in the food post, how's that?

Something suddenly came up and my husband won't be coming with me to the Newf get together, but my sister will be coming instead. She came with me to Newfstock. It took us 13 hours to get there, so 3.5 hours should be a breeze. All that driving made us a bit loopy. Here's the video link...she's wearing a hat and gloves because I wouldn't let her put the heat on in the car because Newfs like it cold.
