People were still arriving until midnight. It's windy, rainy (intermittently) and COLD.

Tomorrow it's supposed to be more windy (up to 45mph gusts), with 100% chance of heavy rain. Ought to be interesting on the beach with the dogs. :lol:

I suspect we won't have many pics from those outings. However Sunday is supposed to be sunny!

I've taken a few pictures. It's hard to show just how high the waves are getting and how bad the wind is. Winds gusts are about 40 miles an hour. Even Clifford doesn't want to go outside, all the wind and noise scares him. When I took him out for potty needs he stayed a few inches behinds me and kept wanting to go back to the room.
These 2 are of Chumley, Stacy and Kathy, isn't it a beautiful day for the beach




Clifford's decided laying on the couch in the room all day is a good idea

I agree, Clifford you are one smart Newf, curl up on the couch with a good bone and enjoy your weekend lol.

The wind was blowing so hard Vin couldn't keep the camera still but a few of shots of Myra in the wind would have been wonderful....this was the clearest.


And the sun finally shines again.....Sunday at the boardwalk

Those are great Dawn! Tell Vin thank you for the wonderful pics. It was great meeting you both...and Maggie and Zeke too!

That's a wonderful pic of Stacy and Chumley...and I'm glad to see that Dean and Milo caught up with you all on the boardwalk. :)

Dean and Milo on the boardwalk?....never saw 'em. Oh well, I enjoyed talking to him at the raffle. He's had quite an interesting life for such a young man...Newfie owner,a fisherman, an artist, plus a master's degree. We both agreed we hate corporate america even though my I rely on them for a paycheck.

I didn't know whether he made it or not either. He called me as you all were heading there so I told him where you'd be.

He is an AMAZING artist and specializes in...fishing and nature artwork. It's really awesome. He has some of the horses on Assateague too. He has a lot of it transformed into T's, sweatshirts, etc.

Awesome work! We gave him very heavy hints at expanding his Newfie artwork :whistling: so hopefully we'll see more.

Agreed! He does some great work and I tried to have Millie "inspire" him! HaHa!
Still so patiently waiting for my personal photographer to get those pics up..... Not mentioning any names or anything......;)
