Nikon D90?

So I am upgrading my camera body and have been thinking about the D90. Anyone have this camera? Any problems/issues? I loved by Nikon D40 but I outgrew it and recently sold it - so I am looking to upgrade. Of course the D7000 is tempting but the body is a little more than my budget allows and I was thinking with the several hundred dollars in savings I could put it toward a nice portrait lens down the road.
Thanks in advance!

Ant speak to the D90. I have had a D70 for about five years and i totally love it. Having had Nikons all of my life, it just fells like home. I have several lens and I have yet to find a problem with the camera. I only wish I had more of a chance to take pictures like I did when I was in my twenties...then I documented everything...now I have to remind myself to take the camera and then remember to actually use it when I do bring it along....

I have both a D90 and a D300S. :heart:I love the D90! Use it more than the 300S. Nikon did this one right! The D7000 is a more expensive D90 in Disguise

Being a Nikon guy I can only add I'm sure you won't be disappointed no matter which you decide.Ted is speaking from experience so that carries a lot was me.The D90 has been discontinued so the price may still come down, just don't wait till there all gone.

I like my Nikon D90. I got it originally cause I had older lens I still wanted to use. D90 has broader across compatibility older lens shooting AF. Not going to upgrade anytime soon. Some older lens have dropped off going up to D7000.

D90 price has dropped. Figured going end of life being cleared out.
