What if someone cannot attend? Are we still allowed to order a t-shirt. Since plans are still pending I cannot commit yet. Let me know if I can get in on the t-shirts at least.

I don't know why not, as long as you don't mind paying for shipping if you can't pick up the shirt at the event or have someone get it for you.

That is part of the reason we didn't want to put the event information on it, to keep it from being dated.
