Yeah, unfortunately the Bordatella vaccine doesn't cover every strain, so even when vaccinated against it, it's still possible to contract a strain of bordatella that's not covered under the protection of the vaccine. Additionally, alll vaccinations have a certain failure rate (I'm not sure what the failure rate is for B), so sometimes a vaccinated dog isn't immune from the precise thing it's been vaccinated against. It's as true of men as it is of dogs. :shrug: My Mila got it twice during daycare, even being properly vaccinated against it.
