Donnie and I both were brought up in families that had all kinds of animal pets. When we rescued Sophie last February, I am sure he assumed that we would "eventually" get another dog too......so I don't think he was surprised when I said "honey, lets take a ride to New Jersey" in August......at least not too surprised, after I found Jetta on petfinder........

I have been wanting a 2nd ever since Kayra passed. Hubby has taken some time to convince. I've been looking for a Lanseer but most have been half way across the country. I also have a few feelers out with some local breeders incase any come back to them.

I just seen the boy posted in OH.. but having to start homeschooling at the drop of a hat has also made things go on hold for a month or so. This month has been nuts!

I'm hoping when the right one comes along, it will all fall in place. Meanwhile, Sadie gives me extra lovins :)

My problem is I have no one to tell me no!! There is no voice of reason, so that's how I ended up with three cats, very quickly. I have a timeline however. After I'm done school and armed with a new job, I'm getting another. Until then, I'm going to keep trying to convince everyone their new pups are really ugly and to send them to me.
