I can't remember what we paid at Sam's for it, but that sounds about correct.. And just hink, no more bags, and a super clean house...

It's actually an amazing machine.. No more clouds of dust floating in the air after I had cleaned...

ah.. go for it... JMHO

we got the dyson DC14 (i think that that is it). we got just the yellow one without the low reach extension or the animal one and paid $379 for it. the animal runs about $100 above the plain yellow one.

what i'm saying is... that is a very good price, and the dyson is well worth your money. we are happy with ours.

I got mine for 299.99. I can't see that I need anything more, attachment wise than what I got with it. It's an awesome machine. I have had mine about five months now and I love it. And, believe me, with four newfs it gets a workout!

Just know that the animal (the purple one) is the exact same machine as the yellow one...it just has some added attachments. So if you aren't in love with fancy attachments, the base model with the basic attachments will probably suit you just fine!

check out HeartlandAmerica - that is where we got ours and it was much cheaper than other places. I love the animal version

Sad, but true. I used to surf the net and yearn for jewelry and Prada and Gucci handbags...Now I surf the net and yearn for vacuums and 400.00 dog dryers!
