and greets them on his way to the nearby river. He is
so well behaved around them and never barks.

Me too, but Thunder is not nice. He wants to chase the horses we go by on our walks. I think it's because he's a little protective of me and those great big things come up and want treats (I take carrots for them). He doesn't bark though and they've pretty much realized he can't get to them for the fence between us.

count me in too. I've wanted to be a sheep farmer since I saw the remake of Lassie-the family moves to VA and has a sheep farm.

i watched my uncle deliver a lamb once...i've been sold since then. I was 6 or so.
