I have missed everybody!!! Its been really crazy lately, the short version is we are in the 6th week of heavy construction (for the new sewer and gas mains )infront of our house complete with window rattling blasting as it turns out there is WAY more ledge under the villiage than anticipated....so this means an ungodly din that starts at 630/7AM and goes until 4PM. The dust is horrific, the blasting shakes the house, Ozzy howls and none of us can hear ourselves think. So we have been away from home as much as possible.
Plus house projects are in full swing, though halted this week as I have strained the tendons in my shoulder/neck area and have been completely immobilized. It is SOOOOOOOO frustrating, but at least I can dress myself now
....Ozzy is none to thrilled with me!
Ozzy is doing so great, his legs are completely healed and stronger than ever, he is even doing STAIRS!!!!!!! Something I never thought I'd see. His wobblers does not seem to be advancing at all and he is holding his head high which is a great sign. Makes us soooooo happy. He went with us to NH for a short break at a friends lake house and he romped and played and swam and got a crush on a wheaton terrior called Millie who is the sweetest girl. He even jumped out of the water onto the jetty!!!!! (shallow end of course but really amazing to see) It was incredible. Plus their house is at the top of a hill which is terraced by stairs to the lake and he ran up and down them like a pup everyday. Amazing, no actually we feel it is miraculous. None of our friends can get over the difference in him, and he is full of energy and love for everyone.
So thats basically it, now I have to spend the next year getting caught up on whats been going on at newf net.......
