Help! Will Chianti be okay, or do I need to go to the vet

Chianti got into a package of high fibre cookies. In total, she ate:

Calories: 1400
Protein: 11 g
Carbs: 213g
Fibre: 158g
Fat: 66g

I don't think any of the ingredients are a problem - it is just bran, flour, oil, suguar, egg, baking soda and salt. I'm concerned about the fibre amounts.

Thoughts???

I'm worried that she may NOT go . . . that she could get bunged up. I've put some salmon oil into her water dish to encourage her to drink lots. Should I stop worrying about that?

I don't think her going is gonna be your problem! That's a lot of fat and carbs. No treats for the next few days.....
First chance you get, get a can of pumpkin (plain, not the pie mix). Starting tonight, feed her a tablespoon a couple of times a day for the next couple of days. It's a great regulator. Should help her get back on track.

Yup, as someone much wiser than myself said, "This too shall pass"

Unless they have eaten something that is toxic to them or that may cause damage to areas of the digestive track, don't worry about it.....

Ceilidh loves all things ice cream, and she has, in the past, managed to sneak up and eat ice cream wrappers left by the side of the road...talk about fiber

Frankly,

I don't think you are going to have much of a problem. (At least I hope not)

And I would doubt that the fiber would bind her. Fiber can and is used for both diarrhea and constipation.

But, please keep us posted.
