Since I am a lot newer to the showring than most of you, you might know this already...but I spent the weekend at a handling seminar with George Alston and if you haven't and you are an owner/handler, you are missing out on a great opportunity. He does "tell it like it is" but if you can handle it, you will leave with tremendous confidence and fine tuned show ring skills. He has a website and there are clinics up and down the east coast. I won't post the course specifics here, but if you are interested, just ask and I would be happy to provide further details related to what he covers, etc. Now if I can just transfer all that I have learned into the ring this coming weekend, I will be thrilled!
