Due to our proposed move to NZ and Carole's redundancy
we have not been active as normal on the net.
Hagrid has just been in surgery for a ruptured cruciate ligament and
he needs the other side doing once he has recovered from this operation.
He was diagnosed early in the year with Hip Dysplasia so when he fell over on Wednesday and could not get up our local vet came out and said it was due to the hips. How wrong could he get.
The young vet who also does the operations at the Animal Hospital did a thorough examination and found the problem being the ligament and not the hips, although he does have dodgy ones. Ah Bless him.
5.10pm today phone call to say the operation went well and he will probably be allowed home tomorrow.
I know you all will be thinking of him so thanks in advance.
