Debra you're a genius. I like that you can even see some fur in it. It's being used.

Thanks kid.

Thanks for the tip, we went out and bought 2 this morning. One in Black and one that was black and blue.
Doesn't take the place of a slicker, but sure is doing a nice job on Abby.
Again, thanks for the tip.

And the price was right at $1.50

For coarser fur you can use it sideways. I do for my Persian. Also one of our members said it works great on cleaning broadloom and she's right. I'm now using it on my stairs as well. I have to get some more as they are cheaply made. I like that someone actually realized a long handle is key.

mandi's dollarama pet brush review.

please keep in mind that tux has weird fur, having newf fur only behind his ears, on his legs and feet thats where the brush worked best. the rest of him is like a curly/wavey retriever but rougher.. not sure how to explain it. either way on that part of him the pet brush only worked as a massage.. i was a little disapointed and sulked up to my office with said brush in hand...

now we live with erics parents currently and they have two dogs, a obese black lab named abby who resides on the couch for approximately 20 hours a day and a ancient yellow lab named jasper. now jasper is 15, slightly (if not completely) crazy and he is always cold. dispite loosing his mind jasper has been a faithful companion and sits with me in my office for my shift everyday (i keep a space heater on all the time, jasper is freezing all the time even though he now wears quite a nice sweater vest)

well i was sitting here, jasper was cuddling the space heater and i was thinking about this pet brush, poor him. i went at him like a crazy woman and i am overjoyed!!! it works miracles on jasper. pulled out all his loose fur, i even managed to wrestle the sweater vest off him and do his back and chest.

i believe these jasper grooming sessions will be weekly, not to mention he loved it.

so thanks. for the great dollar brush :)

Why Jasper's a handsome fella. His coat is so shiny. I find that this brush works best on coarser fur if you use it sideways. My Sherman has very fine fur so the brush works great and Bria has been shaved in all the tough spots so it's working well on her. I don't know how well it will work when she has all the fur back under her tail and at the top of her rear legs but if I keep brushing them daily we should be okay.

Glad you found some use for it and remember if you have broadloom it works great at picking up fur.

I think Erika was the only one who found it but I see you're also in Delaware. I have sent brushes to one of our members in MD and one in the UK.

I went to several dollar stores, and none of them had it in Maryland. Does someone have the name of the manufacturer on the packaging?

The name on my brush is PetStore and it also has the plate that pushes the fur up. If you can't find it I still have a couple extra here that I can send to you.
