Good thoughts needed please

We think Willis has a partial ccl tear and they are going in for a probable TPLO this afternoon. I'm a worrier, and the fact he has arrhythmia isn't helping, but the surgeon assures me he will be taking extra precautions. Any good thoughts you can send would be much appreciated.

Oh yikes. Getting a TPLO is worrisome enough (totally been there!) but you're right, the heart history would worry me as well. Luckily he will be closely monitored the ENTIRE time and I'm sure he will do just fine!

We're just now one year out from Elvis' TPLO (September 12th, actually) but I remember it like it was yesterday. Here's hoping he has a nice smooth recovery.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Crycket is 4 weeks out from her first TPLO and has another one to go yet.

Thank you all. He is out thank goodness. Surgeon said there was a bunch of fluid in the joint and it was super funky and frayed, but not really torn. Funky enough that he needed the procedure and hopefully will feel much better after this has healed.

I feel relieved but will still be actively worrying until we get to pick him up tomorrow.

Thank you all again. We really appreciate the good thoughts.

Patti & Mike, we'll sure miss hanging out with our TX friends at the water test this year, but will be working extra hard on healing completely so we can have fun with ya'll next year :)
