When using gold bond for hot spots....

Which one do I use?

I saw the Gold bond body powder (in a yellow bottle)?

Or the extra strength in the green bottle?

Or the gold bond for feet?

Genta spray is for anywhere normal, I have used it on feet and anywhere we've had a hot spot, yes we got from our vet, about $15 a bottle. And If I catch them just starting or Myra's skin goes fire engine red, I use gold bond, yellow bottle to calm it down. I don't like the thought of ingestion, so I've avoided the feet area. If in a jam, I've even used baby powder with corn starch anything to promote the drying...even cleaning them blow drying on cold setting.

Thanks for the info...

I tried the bactine and Gold Bond last night....and with one "dose" it's already working.

I will be looking into getting the Genta spray, too.

I use God Bond in the green bottle. Just a little and gently rubbed in. If it's for a hot spot, I trim the hair down to the crusty part and rub in NeoSporin. It will "scab over", dry out and they heal up. Usually. Haven't had one for years though.

The Gold Bond Baby powder works too! That's all they had at our grocery store last year and I was desperate, so I tried it. Works just fine...
