Fish Oil

:banghead:I am searching thread for this answer but I dont ever see a brand or an amount. I would like to start supplementing fish oil but I dont know what brand or the amount to give my DeeOhGees. Please give me some ideas on brands and amounts. THANKS....

Personally, I use wild alaskan salmon oil. From Vital Choice, in liquid form and I give four squirts a day.

I buy Gold Seal brand, 100% pure wild sockeye salmon oil (2000 mg per cap); I got it in the health section of a local supermarket, but I believe I've also purchased it at Walmart.
