You might call the local small airports as well as all the "normal" places. They can post a flyer if anyone sees this dog on take-off or landing. Prayers going out right now!
Also, the local trash service and the local post office - flyer there maybe. Also, the laundramat and, of course major grocery stores - possibly convenience stores as well.
