poor Montana -- he was attacked by my daughter's zhu-zhu pets. for those of you who don't know what a zhu-zhu is, they are small hamster toys that zoom around the floor by two wheels. they are cute, fuzzy and come with a very clear warning -- "TO PREVENT ENTANGLEMENT, KEEP HAIR AWAY FROM WHEELS"
well, for the first time since Emma has gotten any of these toys, Montana was lying in the living room sleeping when she decided it was time for her herd of zhu-zhus to race around the floor. I was in the kitchen making corn chowder when Emma came in and very quietly told me " mamma, I need your help". I asked what she needed, and she told me that "Tana has my zhu-zhus stuck to him".
I should have taken a picture -- Poor Montana had 4 of these things stuck on his tail and butt -- wheels were not moving anymore, but they were all making their various noises. he had No clue what the heck was going on, and kept trying to catch his tail and the critters that were making all the noise.
the happy ending is that very minimal hair was lost from Montana, and Emma was sternly told to not play with them if Tana was in the same room with her.
I don't know which is more frustrating, kids or pets?
