Anyone have the T2i from Canon?

Really would love the latest model the 7D but that one is quite pricey. Just curious if anyone has this one or the T1i?

Nope. I have the Power Shot SX1IS and still haven't read the manual, but I bet it would take great photos if I did!!

I have a 40d and love it, although I'd dearly love to have that 7d!! I've read fantastic reviews about the T2i, though. Good luck with it. I recommend you pick up a 50mm f1.8 lens- they are about $75 and take great low light portraits for the money.

We just got the T2i, really like it so far, will take sometime to get use to it and learn to use it properly. For now using it as a point and shoot in auto mode. Came with two lens, the 18-55 f3.5 - 5.6 and a 75-300mm f4-5.6. ...... Will add better lens down the road once we have learned enough to need them.

Ahhh, what to do. Lizzie, drop me a line when you can. I really really want the 7D to upgrade from my old rebel. It still works but needs some work on the button you push to take the pics. The T2i was next choice or T2i.
When do prices drop on these cams? I was hoping to see the 7D drop a lot in March?

After seeing Elizabeth's pictures after she got it a couple weeks ago (and doing some comparisons) ... I got it for my hubby for Christmas.... WE are loving it! :dance01: :)
