wow, I bet you didnt expect him to end up at 181 pounds lol...thats a big boy...he does look much happier now and Im sure he knows that you saved him!!! It must be a wonderful feeling for you and your family :)

Thanks once again everyone for the kind comments about Thunder! He wishes you were all here to tell him in person because if you knew him you would see how much he hams it up and enjoys the attention when there are different people around. He's so spoiled!! :rolleyes:
Well JL when we first got Thunder he was really tall and only 127lbs. He looked awfully skinny in my opinion. So I kind of though that 50lbs would go a long way in his appearance, which it did!
Jacqueline I don't mean to be nosey but, by any chance are you a prairie girl from out west?

I would love to see more photos if you have any of him...I bet no one else would complain either! :D

Well JL if you insist I guess I could post a couple more :lol:
These were taken last fall. All winter long when we go for walks I never thought to bring my camera so I really have no recent ones of him outside. I guess I may make it a point to bring the Canon along and get a few current shots of him this winter.


In this one he seems to be saying "WHAT YOU LOOKIN AT??"

I love the second one! He looks like he is really concentrating in deep thought on some very in depth topic...such as the composition of the perfect bone lol. He looks VERY happy :)

Thunder does look just ever so happy and content! His eyes and stance tell his emotional story today!! You truly were his angels!
