For those of you on FB you will know that we are lucky to still have our puppy Urshie...
Nearly on Yussie's one year anniversary (one week exact) Urshie had an obstruction from a cooked bone that she would have found somewhere on our travels far and wide.
The vet told me when he rang us at home when she was home that it had been very close.
Please if your dogs are unwell do not leave them at home and take them to the vet and leave them there for the day. Even if it was for nothing. I think my neurosis with my dogs might have saved her. As I picked her "not well" very early.
She is fine now, she has a huge zipper about 7''...porr little thing. Gave me a scare as she went incontinent of urine, but by just waking her hourly and taking her for a walk that sorted. She now does have some potty training issue as she goes again on our verandah and she was so awesome, but we just keep taking her where we would like her to go
Phewwww again. i don't think I could have coped loosing another puppy... it was a very emotional time. being Yussie's and Tobias's anniversaries did not help.
Seeing the vets Christmas tree with a Bauble dedicated to Yussie at the top when I brought her in, just sent me bawling. I am lucky they are such amazing caring people. They saved my puppy  Ronnie
