Tucker in his Easy Walk Harness

Tucker is adorable!

Please be very careful with these harnesses. They are applying pressure on the shoulders and pinching the elbows in. This creates pressure on joints at angles that should not be moved in that direction. Its uncomfortable which leads to the dog not pulling, but my larger concern is the damage it can cause to joints. Especially on a growing puppy.

I like hearing that there is something to watch out for. I will keep my eye on his elbows and shoulders... THANKS...

Premier has fitting instructions on their website. Make sure you get the correct band under the belly. It can be confusing. Look for the label on the harness (or the strap that's a different color). If it's upside down, it's on wrong.

We've been suggesting these to our students for about 5 years now. I like it better than the Gentle Leader because it isn't as likely to injure the dog if used incorrectly.
I agree, they are a great training aid.........we also use them a lot in our classes. It is all about getting control of the front end and the hindquarter yield. I still use the bump to get the hindquarter yield on difficult or pulling dogs, It is done with a flat collar and using the bump on the hind quarter, but this is great for people who are uncomfortable with that.....But again they are a training aid and should be used carefully and correctly and not forever. We use them to give people confidence and use them as a support to train with.
