Transport help needed-ASAP!

Hi All.
I am reaching out to all of you, to help with transport for Monroe. An unforeseen circumstance has a risen for Robyn, who re-homed Monroe a few weeks ago. Needles to say, Robyn is just devastated with the decision she has had to make, to find a new home for Monroe.
Through personnel email, a few of us have been helping Robyn with her decision, and it has been decided that Monroe, will come here to Maryland to live and work with us, As some of you will remember Monroe is CGC certified, and I have a job taking care of handicapped children, and having Monroe would be an added bonus,to our family and to my line of work, to be able to do with him what he is trained to do, and to have him put smiles on the children I work with, as well as my own children. This has made Robyn's decision, a little bit more bareable to know Monroe will be loved and taking care of, and doing what she would have wanted to do with him, Therapy work..... alas, my plea to you all........We need help with transport, and the sooner the better, as this is just heart breaking for Robyn, and the longer she has sweet Monroe in her home, the harder and more devastating it is for her.
Robyn can take Monroe as far as St Louis, MO....I am on the Eastern shore of Maryland, but can make the trip as far as Morgantown WV, or nearer if we have people in this area.
Here is the Map quested route, so please if you can help, let one of us know, we would really like it to happen as soon as possible.
Edited to get new link, this one took up the whole darn page!!!!

What a heartbreaking choice to have to make...

I'm about 60 miles off of the route, but could help out with the western Ohio area if there are no other takers.

Thank you so much Becky for the map.
Yes it was a very tough decision for Robyn.
New light on the route though, I have just learned that the Indy 500 is this weekend, is there maybe a way around this, with an alternate route?

Looks like ILLINOIS, INDIANA and OHIO transporters are needed. Who's available and when?

We realize this a holiday weekend, but if any of you can help, it would be so much appreciated, by both Robyn and I.
Terri maybe we need to do a Kentucky route, instead of Indiana, with the Indy 500 happening.

This is another possible route for us to take, to avoid the traffic, through Indiana
MO to KY

KY to WV

WV to Washington DC....I can come further then this to meet the transport!

I am in Paducah (KY) on the Ohio river. I could drive up into Southern Il and pick him up somewhere if the route came that way. Louisville is three hours from here. I could take him that direction.

Or, Springfield, Mo is about six hours west of me. I could maybe meet someone about halfway on US 60 and bring him back this way.
Just let me know if any of this will help.

I can meet you on 60, somewhere halfway between you and me if you want to do that. Either way is a good route for me, 60 or I-44.

If we can get transport through KY etc....

Maybe Robyn can meet you half way from Springfeild or further toward you and then if we could get some one to meet you for the Louisville leg, that would be brilliant..then we would need transporters for the Louisville-Morgantown WV leg's, as I could meet someone in the Morgantown area!

I can help if you want. I am in Columbus OH so if you go through there then let me know. I don't think getting through Indy will be a huge deal depending on what time and day you do it. It's not a huge city or much mileage to get through. Let me know if I can be of help.

Having gone to the Indy 500 most of my life, Sunday will be crazy in Indy. If the transport does have to run through Indy on Sunday, the best time would be between noon and 4PM.

Folks:

What about a more southernly route? Would something like this work? If so, I can work up the legs and miles:

Springfield MO to Paducah KY
Paducah KY to Louisville KY
Louisville KY to Lexington KY
Lexington KY to Grayson KY
Grayson KY to Huntington WV
Huntington WV to Charleston WV
Charleston WV to Sutton WV
Sutton WV to Morgantown WV
Morgantown - Nikki picks up

Here's an image:

Thoughts?

I could definitely meet you Robyn, somewhere in between. I can bring him back to the Paducah area or general vicinity if someone can pick him up from there.
