Token at 12 weeks

Token turned 12 weeks old this past Sunday, so...off he went to get his 1st swimming lesson in the pond. He didn't DO too well.

He's a solid mass of muscle and that musta made him SINK a few times till he got the hang of movin' his legs.

He was one tired puppy after his "near drowning" experience.

He weighed 25 lbs. on his 12 week birthday...the SAME as Ahnzlo weighed when I brought HIM home at 13 1/2 weeks.

What a sweet boy! He looks so much like Chance did. Give him hugs, when he wakes up. Tell him that Lucy is a muscular athlete, too...and she also sinks when she swims.

Ya know Giddy, I've never once for one moment found interest in a boxer and I've grown up my entire life around animals from domestic to exotic. But everytime I saw your Chance and now Token I find myself just wanting to see more and more of them. Beautiful dogs, and their personality shines right though. Good for you! Token seems to really have shined a ray of sunshine in your direction. What a little sweetie!

giddy, what are you doing to that poor boy? are you trying to make him into a newf like his big brother ahnzlo? i know what you mean when you say he sunk like a rock-brandy my lab did the same thing when i tried swimming with her-at least he was only 25 pounds when you tried it!

Well, if Token had any trust issues, he doesn't anymore. He survived his swimming lesson and made for his nappy time!! I agree, what an expression - so cute ( in a worried kind of way

) . This one would be really cute blown up.
You known, I'm with Sheila, I never cared much one way or the other (except for loving all animals) about a boxer until I "met" dear Chance and Little Token. They are beautiful animals with personality plus!! Thanks for really cute pics!
