Tiika WRD!

Yahoo!! Tiika can add WRD to her titles as of yesterday! We were at the SouthEastern Ottawa Region NDCC water trials yesterday with 7 entries in WRD and one entry in WRDX. There was one qualifier - our Tiika! Third time lucky! We tried when she was a year, then 3 years, and now 5 years, and she did it! Tiika was number one and she gave a flawless performance from the control portion through every exercise. I was sooo proud of her! Comments on the 3 judges' evaluation sheets: #1 - "Great team work! a pleasure to watch!"; #2 - "Amazingly focused dog"; #3 - "What a beautiful team, if they were to video an example of an ideal performance, this would have been the one." I'm still on Cloud 9 and will be for a while!

CONGRATULATIONS TIIKA AND JOAN. Nice comments from the judges, too! You must be very proud of your girl.

Well done Tiika and Joan. I'm sorry I was unable to attend the event; would have loved to see Tiika in action.

Did you or anyone else get a video that you can share.

Here is a link for the photos and videos John took on his IPhone - not great, but enough to make me proud of Tiika and embarrassed of me with my constant praise for her. I sound silly :icon_redface: but I wasn't worrying about that at the time!
