This is sort of gross....

....but I'm going to share anyway. You all have Newfies so you should be used to a bit of nastiness, hair, drool, etc.....so I don't think you all will mind! :)

I came home from work one day, and Rowdy had vomitted in his crate. This was one of the first instances that I realized he could destroy nearly any toy. This time he decided to eat it, and either threw it up or choked on it. I now, of course, don't leave anything destructable in his crate with him or while he's not supervised. I guess he decided it was gross--it did smell aweful--so he decided to push the floor out of his crate. When I discovered it, he kept looking at me like get that nasty stuff away from me. I would have loved to see this happen. This is the first and only time he has done this--both vomited in his kennel or pushed the floor out. It worked well for me because none of it was on him or the rest of his things, and it barely squeezed by the crate without smearing it there, too.

Only another dog person would actually click on a link to a picture labeled "Rowdy Puke".....sigh.
Smart boy. He kept himself clean and disposed of the unpleasant mess as best he could.
And believe me, as far as dog puke goes, that's nothing.......
