The Bearman is Home

Bear came to me yesterday and fit right in, like he was never gone. Today I took him for a big golf cart ride and a walk with the girls Nana and Emma. I think he was smiling. My girls are old just like him so we took it very easy. They are all flaked out on the floor snoring. I will get the hubby to take some pictures and send them to Jen to post, he truly is an angel.

Thank you for that update Jane. I know so many here will be happy to read this and understand how lucky Bear and my family are to have you ..:icon_knuddel:
I knew with a certainty when I dropped him off yesterday and he joyously chased the squirrel and peed on all those wonderful trees and bushes right in his own back yard that he was where he belonged. It is empty here again but I can rest knowing he is where he is. :bear:

Edited to add

I had forgotten how empty the house could feel. Well not really... But it is fresh and raw again... It's ok.. I know my Bearyman is where he needs to be.. To Jane.. xoxoxo Thank you... For what it is worth .... and we all know Adam gave up his right to even have an opinion.... but he is also at peace knowing his Bear is loved and cared for.. and knows that this is yet another loss to his disease..

Carlina, thanks so much for giving that beautiful boy. Jen, you are amazing, and one of the strongest women I know. I do not know if I could make such a sacrifice. I am sending you the biggest, giantest, hugs and Newfiest kisses!

Sounds like Bear is happy where ever people love him, bless you for taking him in Jane and giving him a loving family.
Jen, sometimes the right thing is also the hardest thing to do (which is probably why so many of us don't do the right thing...). Bless you for doing right by Bear!
Hang in there,
Marina
