Supplements you use?

I am looking into different supplements and figuring out which i should do, which to avoid etc etc.
Lumpkin is 4 months old so i obviously dont want to pump him full of different things but was thinking along the lines of maybe salmon oil as its good for joints, skin and coats.

Interested in what ones you use, when you started them and we're in the uk so guess a lot of them available in the usa will differ to some here, these ones look very good.

If you use salmon oil make sure its cold pressed and also give vitamin e with it.it helps that absorption.

Not sure about when to start for puppies but we used to do salmon oil and gluc/chond. Now that salmon is Maggie's main diet (real, not kibble) we no longer give the oil and just add the Complete vitamin mix from Natures Farmacy West.
