going to do the T shirt/cap thing, Buy them when we get there? Or are we going to send in a set price way before hand to cover the cost of a goodie bag.?(plus to off set the cost of tent etc) Just thinking of how we did our school reunion thing way back when.Karen

Okay, if we're going to do shirts/caps we need a logo....What about a Newf pulling a net that has a computer in it, or something similar? Any other ideas? I can do the freehand artwork unless someone else wants to do it, then Largo or whoever can take it from there?

What does everyone think?

I'm searching for prices already, but we kinda need to know how many, so I'm just waiting for that. So you should have plenty of time to work on a design. Bo'sMom has offered to help with the T-Shirts as well.

I don't think I have to remind people of this, but whateer t you pick, make sure you can get it to at least a 3x. A lot of us newf people are also larger....hint hint.....

And I'd prefer grey to white. I tend to drip onto my "shelf" (clearing throat) and hate when I stain white ts the first time I wear them......

Hey, it's not funny when you spend 20 on a shirt and the first time you wear it you get mayo or mustard or spagetti sauce dead center and sticking out!!!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

Can you tell I've done that before???

BTW, I think the idea for a newf pulling a netted computer is GREAT Susan!

Yep! I usually do donated items for silent auctions/brown bags at Newfie events, and this one will be no different. :D

Thanks Dogger/Gwyn, and I appreciate the compliments from everyone!

Everybody had better save up for the brown bag/silent auction because if you've never been to a Newfie event that Annie and Laura are at, you are now being warned! Those woman know what they want and they go after it! I've watched many times as they walked away with their arms full of loot that they won! :D

He's been lurking... I've seen him logged on... but he is awfully silent....

He lives in Northern Kentucky, so it's not far away... it would be easy for them to come!!!!
