Snuffles and his Dad Leonard came by today for a visit and to give Cole some extra treats because of his ordeal last week. Since I forgot to take his Birthday present to the party last month, I gave it to him today.

Another bag!!!! What is it Dad?

Come on Dad, get it open, aw heck let me do it myself, you're too slow!!

Wow a bed AND a toy!!! :icon_bb:

It's an Amarkat, my boys love them. The sides tie up to make it a bolster bed if preferred, but mine are used flat. I use them in the Mountaineer since they cover so well. I have 1 extra large one and 2 medium ones. The xl one in the back and the 2 mediums in the middle section where the seat splits. I also ended up buying 2 large ones for my daughter because the grandkids love them as well since they are so comfy. The xl ones don't fit in the washing machine nearly as well as the large so that's what I got for Snuffles. Here is a link to the website: http://www.allpetfurniture.com/Armarkat-D04HML-MB-ATM1072.html We have two large ones in the bedroom for at night, and an extra large one in the living room for daytime use.

Armarkat makes several different styles, but this one washes up like new, comes with a free stuffie and is more comfortable than a couple of the other styles I have.

And Cole is pretty much back to normal, although he's been spending even more time than before on my lap. :shocker: Thank you for asking though!!! ;)

Awh I love it, the pictures are so awesome:D I thinkith he likes his bed!! and new stuffie
WTG on the present Dad!

Snuffles sends his Auntie Karen a BIG slobbery thank you kiss lick. Right now with the house in total shambles because of the major remodel project, there is no floor space to set this new bed up. I may put away his old bed and lay out the new bed though in the next day or 2. Only problem is, since we have been home, Snuffles has had diarrhea. No form to it what so ever. :( All else seems normal about him. Just went out and got some Imodium and gave him one. Hope he rests good tonight.

That's strange, he didn't have anything here that could have done it. I don't even remember seeing him get a drink of water. Hope he feels better soon.

Grandma thought it was pretty cool. She said it looked comfy enough for her to sleep in. It is big enough :)

As far as Snuffles, I did give him some pizza crust. He never gets that kind of stuff here. And again, maybe the water. He did drink there. Or maybe too many oatmeal balls?? Maybe a combination of all the above?? The poop he did in your front yard was normal looking (remember, you calling me a poop expert :) ) just before we left.

Actually remember when you first got here he was acting funny, like he wasn't feeling well and not wanting even the cookies that we know he likes. Hopefully he's not coming down with something, poor baby.

He is funny sometimes about treats. Other people can give him one, and he will not take it. They can hand it to me, and he will take it from me. He would not touch that treat I bought for Cole at all. I do think he is sensitive to your water....or softened water. This isn't the first time he has been loose after a visit, but here it is 3:45AM, and he has been out 2 times since midnight with nothing more than liquid poop. There is no form what so ever. This is the longest bought of diarrhea he has had since I have had him. I am going to call the vet when they open and see if they will give me a course of Metronidazole. I did go out and get some Imodium, but no help there.

What a great visit......It is interesting the way the other dogs let him open his present as if they know it is not theirs.. Hope Snuf feels better soon. The Immodium should do it if it is nothing serious...and Karen..surely you are not 'coaxing' that big puppy up on your lap are you? Naaaa...didn't think so..

Haa coax him, no when he decides he's coming up, anything on my lap gets thrown to the side quickly, whether it's the laptop or the cat. He still pretends he doesn't know what the word NO means!!! :shocker:

At least he knows not to try it when I'm eating something!!!
