Thanks for all of your prayers and well wishes! My vet did a very thorough exam and Scout should start to feel better within a few days. He really had a lot of little problems which altogether made him one, big, yucky mess. First of all he has kennel cough :shrug:I guess he picked it up at the dog park? He's on antibiotics for that along with a cough suppressant for night. Second, he does have a yeast infection in his ear which we now have cream for that. Thirdly, the vet did an eye stain, and we found out he has a huge scratch on his cornea!:shocker: That must be so uncomfortable!
We have two different tubes of cream for his eye. Last, but not least, to keep him from scratching at his ear and eye, he is now sporting a very stylish E collar. This takes some getting used to for him...he keeps bumping into the walls! Hopefully this will be it and by next week when they see him again he will be better! Again, thanks all for listening!
