Road Trip!!!

Obie is going to Texas to meet other newfies for the first time since he was a pup! We're going to attend the OWNC Water Test (as spectators.) I'm packing up and heading to north Louisiana this afternoon to pick up a friend since my husband couldn't get the time off. I swear I think I'm taking more stuff for the Newf than for me! Obie, who is watching these bags get packed with some anxiety, doesn't yet realize that this time he is going too! :icon_bb:

Obie had a blast!!! After some skittish moments en route.. he has turned into quite the road warrior. And yes.. he got a chance for a quick swim and shocked me by taking off after another dog chasing a bumper. Looks like we may have some water training in our future. No pictures of that but lots of others.. I'll share some eventually.. but I'm beat after all that driving!
